Ways that you can help to lower your utility bill:

Adjustments to Your Utility Bill

You may request a sewer adjustment to your utility bill if you have filled a swimming pool. This adjustment request may be made once per calendar year. To request your adjustment, simply complete the application for pool adjustment.

Application for Adjustment After Leak Repair

You may request a sewer adjustment to your utility bill if you have experienced high usage due to a leak and have had it repaired. This adjustment can be given for two consecutive months if the leak fell in between billing cycle reads and has resulted in two high bills. To request an adjustment , simply complete the application for sewer adjustment.
