Install Microsoft Silverlight

 In order to upload files using ePlan, you must install Silverlight. Please learn more about the compatibility and installation details.

Browsers supported: Safari 4+, Firefox 3+, Chrome 4+

Safari Users

If you plan to use the Safari browser for Mac, please use the following steps to enable Silverlight:

  1. First you have to install Silverlight for Mac
  2. Then open Safari and select Preferences.
  3. Then Security -> Web Content
  4. Then select Allow for the unsecure mode for Silverlight.
  5. Then, you may need to allow the Silverlight plug-in by following the steps below:

    1. Open Safari
    2. Select Settings
    3. Select Security
    4. Select Internet-Plugins: Allow Plugins
    5. Organize Website Settings and then select Silverlight on the left side, on the right side select hostname, then "Execute in unsecure mode".

Firefox Users

There are no additional steps to enable Silverlight following install.

Step 1: Install Microsoft Silverlight

On a Macintosh system, the following requirements must be met:

Mac System requirements for Silverlight 5

 a. Macintosh OS 10.5.7+ (Intel-based)

 b. Browsers supported: Firefox 3.6+ and Safari 4+

 c. Microsoft Silverlight

Mac System requirements for Silverlight 4

 a. Macintosh OS 10.4.11+ (Intel-based)

 b. Browsers supported: Firefox 3+ and Safari 3+

 c. Microsoft Silverlight

Step 2: Install Adobe Flash Player

Adobe Flash Player is required to be installed for viewing files in ePlan.

Once you've completed these steps, your computer will be properly set up to use ePlan Review.
