Residential Rehabilitation Program

The Residential Rehabilitation Program provides low interest loans or grants towards the rehabilitation of an applicant's principle residence located in the City limits of Jacksonville. Funding is used for correction of minimum housing code violations, accessibility improvements and other repairs necessary to improve the health and safety of the property.

The City's Rehabilitation program can help homeowners fix things like a leaky roof, fallen gutters, rotting siding, a hazardous porch, poorly insulated windows, as well as plumbing, electrical, or structural problems.

Jacksonville Community Development wants to help homeowners get their property up to safe and sanitary living conditions. Call 910 938-5286 to learn if you might qualify, or fill out an application.
