Explorer Program

Students ages 14 to 21 interested in law enforcement or fire service fields should consider joining the Jacksonville Public Safety Explorer Program. The program is open to males and females currently enrolled in high school.

  • $34 one-time insurance fee
  • Uniforms, equipment, training, and events covered at no cost
  • Certificate upon program completion
  • Looks great on college application or career resume
  • Program available through Boy Scouts of America Learning for Life (participants are not required to be members of BSA)
