Yoga  

Essential Workout

Low impact, upbeat and fun total body workout.  Focus is on core strength and balance, as well as upper and lower body strength.

Total Body Exercise

Medium impact, focusing on full body strength and cardio, as well as core strengthening and posture training.

Function Fitness for Seniors (50+)

A low impact class that focuses on exercises which will help to improve your everyday life, while preventing injuries.  Class will include a mix of balance and coordination training, as well as functional movements.  Modifications are available.

Strength Training

This higher intensity class is designed to improve cardio conditioning, alternating with strength/balance and core training segments.

Midday Workout

Get in a quick workout during lunch

Small Group Fitness

Reach your fitness goals, improve your health and get into the best shape of your life with our personal trainer.   Be a part of a small team, all working to accomplish the same goal.  Program includes assessments and body composition tracking, a clean eating program and at home workout guidelines.

  • Sessions are held: Mon/Wed at 10:30AM, Mon/Wed at 4PM, and Tue/Fri at 5:30PM

Yoga

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels, from beginner to intermediate levels.  Kirapula yoga is an interplay of body, mind, and energy.  A typical class will consist of teaching breathing techniques, proper postures, and finish with a deep relaxation period.  There are no fitness levels required for the class, the only needed is yourself and a yoga mat.
