Self Defense
This program introduces the participant to the fighting art of the Philippines, also known as the Filipino Defensive System. You will learn basic strikes, blocks, and disarms using a single/double stick and also while unarmed.

Tai Chi for Seniors
Tai Chi is often referred to as meditation in movement. Yang style is a slow movement form designed to improve balance and overall fitness. This program is beginner friendly. All who are interested in improving balance, stability, peace of mind, and becoming a part of our Tai Chi family are welcome to join. $25 per 6 week cycle

Essential Workout
Improve your balance, core strength, flexibility and endurance in this super fun, beginner-friendly class.

Total Body Workout
A fun, low impact workout that builds strength in your upper and lower body, core, to improve flexibility and increase cardio endurance.

Strength Training Class
Build muscle strength & improve bone density while jamming out to upbeat music. Learn proper form & how to safely perform strength exercises.

Silver Balance
This 6 week program will teach the participants skills for improving their balance, fall prevention, strength exercises for bettering coordination skills, and at home practice resources so you can continue improving your balance after the program is over. Line Dancing/910 SoulSteppaz
Line Dancing is a form of exercise, you will meet others who love to dance and listen to good music while working up a sweat.

- Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Reach your fitness goals, improve your health and get into the best shape of your life with our personal trainer. Be a part of a small team, all working to accomplish the same goal. Program includes assessments and body composition tracking, a clean eating program and at home workout guidelines.

Yoga
Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels, from beginner to intermediate levels. Kirapula yoga is an interplay of body, mind, and energy. A typical class will consist of teaching breathing techniques, proper postures, and finish with a deep relaxation period. There are no fitness levels required for the class, the only needed is yourself and a yoga mat.

Beginner Yoga
This beginner yoga class can be used as a tool to promote a healthy lifestyle and is a foundational course that is appropriate for those who have practiced yoga or who have no knowledge of yoga. All are welcome.
