Adult Fitness


Essential Workout

Low impact, upbeat and fun total body workout.  Focus is on core strength and balance, as well as upper and lower body strength.

Total Body Exercise

Medium impact, focusing on full body strength and cardio, as well as core strengthening and posture training.

Low Impact Cardio & Toning

An energetic, choreographed dance class targeted to increase cardio respirator endurance and strength training using weights and resistance bands.

Strength Training

This higher intensity class is designed to improve cardio conditioning, alternating with strength/balance and core training segments.

Midday Workout

Get in a quick workout during lunch

Small Group Fitness

Reach your fitness goals, improve your health and get into the best shape of your life with our personal trainer.   Be a part of a small team, all working to accomplish the same goal.  Program includes assessments and body composition tracking, a clean eating program and at home workout guidelines.

  • Sessions are held: Mon/Wed at 10:30AM, Mon/Wed at 4PM, and Tue/Fri at 5:30PM

  • Each session is 8 weeks, cost per session $150

Dance2Fit with Christa

Join us for a fun, energetic, high intensity, full body workout.  Class consists of 60% dance and all fitness levels are welcome.

  • Tuesday & Thursday @ 6:15PM
  • Jacksonville Commons Recreation Center
  • $5 drop in fee, other fee packages available

Resolution Kick Start

Kick off the new year with a program that will help you reach your goals!

  • Certified Trainer, meal planning, workout guide, before/after assessment and accountability included
  • 10 week program that meets each Wednesday at 6PM
  • Starts January 8 and ends March 18
  • Only $60 for the 10 weeks

Fit By Summer

Summer is fast approaching and that means it is time to get ready for beach trips and keeping up with the kids on your family vacation.  Our Fit By Summer program will have you looking and feeling your best so that you can enjoy all the carefree, fun this summer!  Lose weight, tone your stomach, build strength and endurance with this 10-week all-inclusive program.  

  • The program will meet once a week with a certified trainer.  
  • Each participant will be provided with a meal plan, workout guide, accountability and before/after body composition assessment.
  • Meets April 1-June 10
  • Wednesday, 6-7PM
  • Only $60 for the 10 weeks

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels, from beginner to intermediate levels.  Kirapula yoga is an interplay of body, mind, and energy.  A typical class will consist of teaching breathing techniques, proper postures, and finish with a deep relaxation period.  There are no fitness levels required for the class, the only needed is yourself and a yoga mat.
