Jacksonville Neighborhood Improvement Services seeks to ensure a better quality of life for all Citizens and is committed to meeting the national objectives set by HUD which ensures at least 70% of all CDBG funds provide programs to benefit qualified families. Homebuyers Education and Money Management Courses are offered to the public to help get potential homebuyers on the road to successful home ownership. These courses are offered at a nominal fee to cover the cost of materials.
Homebuyers Education Course
One-day course where those interested can learn the ins and outs of purchasing a home. Taught by professional real estate experts and lenders who can address your questions and concerns Pre-registration for the course is required, and there is a $25 registration fee to cover the cost of materials and lunch.
