[ARCHIVED] Jacksonville's Jamboree 2020

Jacksonville's Jamboree

Jacksonville's Jamboree Now Accepting Vendor Applications

Jacksonville's Jamboree is an annual event held at the Jacksonville Commons Recreation Complex on the first Saturday in May.  This all-day celebration is filled with live entertainment, the annual Jacksonville's Got Talent competition, food, games, rides, and marketplace vendors. The festival is a great event for the entire family with a car and bike show, rock wall for climbing, petting zoo, train ride, children's activities and a kids' play area. Statewide sports tournaments run throughout the Jamboree, and visitors can watch the softball and basketball games.

The rock wall, petting zoo, train ride, amusements and carnival games are all free to participate.

We are now accepting applications for market and food vendors.

This is an outdoor event which is open to all artists and exhibitors.  Every effort will be made to avoid the duplication of products being sold/displayed at this event and booths will be sold on a first come, first served basis.  Deadline to apply is Fri, April 17 and applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis.

To become a vendor or exhibitor at Jacksonville’s Jamboree, you must fully complete the application, submit payment of all fees, hereby accepting and agreeing to ALL of the guidelines. All vendors, new and returning, MUST submit current photos of all items being sold or given away.  We ask that food vendors provide a menu.  Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE:

•    No flea market/used items are allowed.

•    No pets, skateboards, bikes or scooters are allowed within your booth area.

•    Certificates of insurance are required for all food vendors.

•    We require that you provide your NC Sales Tax ID, which is issued by the NC Department of Revenue.  For more information, please visit NCDOR

You will be notified by email of your application acceptance.  Once you have received this notification you have 5 business days to pay your fees in full.
