Deputy Chief Procopio holds an Associate Degree in Fire Protection Technology, and a Bachelor Degree in Fire & Emergency Services. Deputy Chief Procopio has been an active member of the Jacksonville Fire & Emergency Services Water Rescue Team since 2005. In addition, Deputy Chief Procopio is an original member of the Jacksonville Fire & Emergency Services Honor Guard. Deputy Chief Procopio is an active member of the IAFF (International Association of Firefighters) and the IAFC (International Association of Fire Chiefs).
