If you wish to apply for a position, you will need to create a user name and password. It is important that you keep this information because you will need it each time you log in. By using the ID and password, you can check the status of your application at any time. You may also use your existing application information to apply for new positions as they become available.
If you need help in completing an application, please visit the Human Resources Department in Jacksonville City Hall where a workstation is available for this very purpose. Our staff is also ready to assist you weekdays between the hours of 8AM and 5PM, excluding holidays.

If the leak or break is on the city side of the line it will be fixed by city employees. If a leak is located after the water passes through the meter, it is the responsibility of the customer to have the leak repaired.
After having the leak repaired, call us so that we can verify that there are no more leaks and we will make an adjustment to lower the sewer portion of your bill.
