Jacksonville Transit Fares to Resume as of July 1, 2021
After 15 months of free fares on Jacksonville Transit, fare collection will resume on July 1, 2021.

Reduced Fare Riders
A Reduced Fare ID will be required each time you ride.
Reduced Fare Applications (PDF)are available online; at City Hall, 815 New Bridge Street; and at Onslow United Transit System (OUTS), 605 New Bridge Street.
Passengers with Disabilities
All Jacksonville Transit are handicap accessible. For passengers with disabilities that are not able to ride our daily routes, Jacksonville Transit also provides curb-to-curb ADA accessible transportation services.
