Don't miss out on this festive family event, postponed due the COVID-19! With activities scaled back for the community event, you can still enjoy sledding, ice skating, pony rides and train rides. Social distancing will be observed, and we ask that anyone ages 3+ wear a mask. This ticketed event is free to attend and all attractions are free as well. We will permit entrance each hour to those who have reserved their free ticket, then close the area for sanitizing between groups. Click here to reserve your time slot starting Saturday, February 13, 2021.
In order to provide space for social distancing, reservations to attend Winterfest are required. Reservations will be made for one 45 minute time slot. During your 45 minute reservation you will be able to enjoy several winter fun activities. Staff will then sanitize the areas for the next time slot. Reservations are available for each hour from 1-6PM. Click here to reserve your free tickets starting Saturday, February 13, 2021.
Parking for Winterfest will be in the Park & Ride lot at the Jacksonville Commons Recreation Complex. Once you arrive, proceed to the entrance table with your tickets ready on your smartphone or printed. Staff will check you in for your reserved time and provide you with further information about the event.
